We are seeking a talented and passionate Social Media Coordinator to join our creative team. As the Social Media Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in shaping the online presence of our clients by creating captivating captions and curating content calendars that align with their brand identity and objectives.

THIS POSITION IS ENTRY LEVEL - 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN CONTENT CURATION, CAPTION WRITING AND EXCEPTIONAL ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS.

RESPONSIBILITIES​

Content Calendar Management: Develop and maintain content calendars for our clients, ensuring a consistent and strategic posting schedule across various social media platforms.

Caption Writing: Craft engaging, on-brand captions that resonate with the target audience, reflect the client's voice, and drive audience engagement.

Research and Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with social media trends and emerging platforms to identify opportunities for innovative content and strategies.

Audience Engagement: Actively engage with the audience through comments, direct messages, and community management to foster a sense of community and brand loyalty.

Collaboration: Collaborate with our content creators, designers, and account managers to ensure seamless execution of social media strategies.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize content strategies.

Reels Creation: Create 2-3 reels per week for clients to use on their social feeds
Requirements

Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or a related field.

Exceptional writing skills with a creative flair and a deep understanding of social media platforms.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.

Proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., later, planoly).
